Diego Guerrero

Diego Guerrero, born in Vitoria, has reached the top of the gastronomic scene from Madrid with DSTAgE, his most personal project, where luxury is understood as closeness and naturalness. With this space, he has earned two Michelin stars and three Repsol suns, after previously achieving two macarons at Club Allard, which he left in 2013 to redefine haute cuisine with a freer, less rigid vision.

His entrepreneurial spirit is also reflected in projects such as DHOUSE (his home kitchen), DSPOT (creative and R&D studio), DSPEAK (à la carte restaurant), and DPICKLE ROOM (signature cocktail bar).
